I was having issues with the electric system in my car, and I gave them a call and was able to get my car in at a convenient time in the morning a short two days after I called. They diagnosed the problems with my vehicle and kept my updated during the day. While they weren't able to fix my car, they gave me recommendations and told me what the problem is. Not only were they professional and honest, but they also didn't charge me a thing for the diagnosis. Absolutely wonderful service and a very honest and straightforward attitude. Would recommend.

Zack and his crew are awesome! I had a Mantic 9000 clutch, lower radiator support and new Hawk brake pads installed on my Corvette and they did an outstanding job, every time. Their work is fast and high quality, and customer service is outstanding. I won't go anywhere else now.

My truck would not start even with a jump, and with my extremely limited mechanical expertise I couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong with it. I don't have much experience with any mechanics in Lawton, so after making a google search and seeing all the positive reviews of Redd's Automotive, I decided to tow my truck over and give them a try. I could not be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped in the door the owner was positive, friendly, and approachable. They seemed very busy but were still able to diagnose my truck and fix the problem in one afternoon at an extremely reasonable price. They took their time to explain to me what was wrong and what they did to fix it and I left feeling extremely comfortable that they fixed the issue and my truck was going to run smooth for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend Redd's.

I just want to say service is above and beyond. I just PCS'd to Ft Sill truck wasnt pushing air like it should. Brought it into Redd's they found the problem which they informed me dealership would need to fix due to warranty. I appreciate seeing other shops could have ripped me off. I will add seeing the team took time to diagnosed I was not charged but owner explained they use these situations to teach their technicians. It's nice to know the ability yo increase knowledge and maintain good relationship with customer even if money was not made speaks loads. I will be back for sure seeing this is a trustworthy shop and team! Keep it up!!

Zach did a great job on my wife's Subaru Outback. I tried the brake job myself and we had a wheel hub go out. After experiencing a number of issues, I punted to Redd's Automotive that got us back on the road safely. Thanks again to this shop. Excellent service!

The owner, Zach, takes great care of his customers and goes above and beyond any other body shop that I have experienced. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was provided with several documents showing what was wrong with my vehicle, why the issue occurred, and even a documents showing how the specific issue with my car has been an frequent issue and I should get my money back for this expense from BMW. Will absolutely use this body shop in the future.
