"If your car has a problem, give these guys a chance to solve it. I had taken my son's car to another facility in town and had some repairs were done that didn't last a week. I gave that facility a chance to fix the problem and they told me the part they replaced was good. I brought it to Redd's for a second opinion and they immediately identified the issue (which was, in fact, the work done at the other facility, plus some things they missed) and they advised me on how to proceed. I got a full refund from that other place and brought it to Redd's and it was fixed in a half a day. They are very thorough and they made sure that I understood everything that needed to be addressed with my son's car.
